Job description
Enrolment growth and retention at Park House English School in Doha depend on clear, consistent marketing, and this Marketing & Communication Officer drives it in partnership with ISP's regional marketing team and the school's leadership. An annual marketing plan sets the direction, with risks flagged early and mitigations proposed. Brand messaging has to stay consistent across every channel and among staff, so the role acts as brand guardian across the school. Stories from daily school life are captured through photography and video and turned into content for social media, email, the website and other touchpoints. Social channels are managed day to day, with comments and messages answered under community guidelines and performance reported with recommendations. Emails to prospective parents are planned, designed and optimised alongside Admissions, and events for enrolment and retention are promoted across channels. Website accuracy, offline collateral, PR support, parent testimonials and third-party reviews also sit within the remit. Safeguarding checks covering the previous ten years apply to all post holders.
