Job description
Work runs on an 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation at Duba in the Tabuk Region, where Air Products is delivering the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project under an EPC Contract with NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC). Commissioning, startup and turnover are the phases in focus, and this Senior Project Engineer keeps them moving safely and on time. Interfaces between Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, IT/OT, Mechanical, Construction and Operations all need managing as the site moves toward readiness. Cybersecurity readiness carries considerable priority, with you acting as the site-level focal point for SAIS / HCIS and National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) execution inputs. Most of the effort goes into coordination, follow-up, escalation and documentation, which frees technical leads and cybersecurity managers to concentrate on design and compliance decisions. Action trackers, change impact reviews and weekly and monthly status reports keep project leadership informed. Slippages get expedited with subcontractors, and risks are escalated through project governance. Candidates need 10+ years in Oil & Gas or large industrial projects with hands-on commissioning, startup or turnover experience in the Middle East, plus working knowledge of industrial control systems and OT environments on EPC / PMC projects.

- Review late design, installation, commissioning or startup changes for schedule, cost and compliance impacts
- Escalate technical, schedule, cybersecurity readiness and stakeholder risks to the Project Manager and relevant leads
- Prepare weekly and monthly execution status reports covering commissioning and cyber readiness highlights
- Promote a strong safety and compliance culture, including emergency management and emergency response requirements
