Job description
The Vice President – CCM Solution Sales Specialist in Dubai is responsible for delivering end-to-end Corporate Cash Management solutions across local, regional, and global clients in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. This role drives new sales, revenue growth, and market share through strategic engagement with treasury and shared service centre teams of top-tier multinational and local corporates. The position entails advising clients on cash and liquidity management, regulatory frameworks, and treasury best practices in the context of global macroeconomic and geopolitical landscapes. The VP collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across product, risk, operations, compliance, and implementation teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and in alignment with client requirements. The role emphasizes thought leadership, innovative solution delivery, client satisfaction, and scalable business growth while adhering to Deutsche Bank’s regulatory and operational standards.

Key responsibilities
- Engage with local, regional, and global treasury and shared service centre teams to drive revenue targets and increase market share through new-to-bank mandates and transaction flows.
- Independently lead client presentations, pitches, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing expert advisory on corporate cash management solutions.
- Collaborate with other regions and internal divisions to design and deliver innovative, value-adding solutions for clients.
- Spearhead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and replicate scalable deals across regions or industry verticals.
- Partner with Implementation & Service and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze client engagement and transaction data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvements.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to clients, accounts, and strategic initiatives to support the Corporate Cash Management business expansion.
- Travel for client engagements, conferences, and training sessions as required to support business development activities.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal bank policies across all client interactions and transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, fostering trust and credibility.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cash sales or relationship management within top-tier international or regional banks.
- Proven track record in structuring and executing complex cash management deals for local and international corporations.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, win new business, and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in corporate treasury functions, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions to achieve strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note.
- Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment while supporting cross-functional teams.
- Experience in client advisory, project management, and post-sales implementation in a corporate banking context.
