Job description
The Manager – Physical Security Sales at CPX in Abu Dhabi is responsible for bridging the gap between cybersecurity needs, business strategy, and technology by identifying and managing sales opportunities in the physical and cybersecurity domain. The role entails business development, sales management, contract handling, and client consulting, particularly focused on large government and corporate accounts. The manager will build integrated, end-to-end solutions aligned with client needs, manage service contract renewals, provide post-sales support, and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. This includes working closely with the Transportation Market Solutions Center (MSC) to stay informed about market trends. Candidates must have at least 10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in sales for IT system integrators in the cybersecurity sector. Technical competence in hardware, software, and networks is essential, along with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and target markets, initiating customer engagement
- Understand customer needs and develop proposals with justifications and outcomes
- Ensure technical and financial validity of proposals with proper margins and delivery timelines
- Review closed/lost sales, extract lessons learned, and apply improvements
- Generate and maintain detailed sales reports and account activity records
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to exceed expectations
- Ensure post-sales satisfaction, timely billing, and payment collection
- Manage service contract renewals and assess for value-added services
- Collaborate with MSC for market feedback and trend analysis
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Have at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with leading IT system integrators in the cybersecurity sector
- Demonstrate proven account management skills with large government and corporate clients
- Exhibit technical understanding of security, software, hardware, and network systems
- Be a motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled negotiator
- Have the ability to handle pressure and deadlines effectively
- Be capable of engaging with senior executives such as CISOs
- Work effectively with stakeholders across internal audit, compliance, and business units
