Job description
The Business Development Executive role at The First Group in Dubai focuses on establishing, managing and expanding an international agent network to generate qualified leads and business opportunities. The position supports the growth of the Business Development Department by identifying, onboarding and developing new agents, building strong relationships with existing agents and brokers, and implementing strategic initiatives such as presentations, training sessions, support materials, bonus structures, incentive schemes, outdoor meetings and international business trips. Responsibilities include proposing new strategies to enhance the agent network, maintaining regular communication with agents, identifying performance gaps, keeping agents motivated and aware of income potential, forming promotional partnerships, appointing new agents, increasing sales revenue, and ensuring direct bookings and sales targets are achieved. The role operates within a global real estate and hospitality investment environment, supported by award-winning marketing tools, a state-of-the-art showroom and partnerships with major hotel and airline brands. Requirements include strong communication skills, high self-motivation, the ability to travel internationally for roadshows and business trips, the ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment, and fluency in Arabic and/or English and French. Candidates must be presentable, punctual and capable of maintaining sharp communication and consistent engagement with agents and brokers.

- Establish a new agents’ network to generate qualified leads and business opportunities
- Propose initiatives and strategies to expand the agent network through presentations, training, support materials, bonus and incentive structures, outdoor meetings and international business trips
- Build relationships with current agents for ongoing development, training and growth
- Maintain clear communication with agents and brokers and provide regular feedback
- Identify performance issues and areas for improvement within Business Development
- Maintain strong engagement and top-of-mind presence with assigned agents, brokers and clients
- Motivate agents and ensure they understand their earning potential as TFG partners
- Appoint new agents and form strategic and promotional partnerships to increase sales revenue
- Ensure direct bookings and sales targets are consistently achieved

- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and/or English and French with a clear accent
