Job description
The Commercial Operations Executive (Program Management Executive – Implementations) role within a fintech payments environment focuses on managing technical onboarding and operational execution for merchants and channel partners across Tabby’s ecosystem. The position acts as a central liaison between Tabby and external merchants, coordinating with internal teams such as Risk, Integrations, Business Development, and Key Account Management to ensure seamless merchant activation and optimal implementation of Tabby’s payment solutions. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end merchant technical onboarding processes, including documentation preparation, integration testing coordination, tracking onboarding progress, and ensuring timely go-live activation. It involves managing merchant data-enablement workflows, ensuring all required data is accurately captured, validated, and aligned with underwriting and risk requirements. The position requires negotiating technical implementation requirements with merchants, balancing business objectives with platform capabilities while ensuring compliance with integration standards. The role also includes coordinating cross-functional product rollout initiatives by preparing merchant-facing materials, supporting go-to-market execution plans, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders for successful deployment. Additionally, the executive analyzes merchant performance and integration health to identify operational gaps, system inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. A key responsibility is to develop, maintain, and improve internal documentation, SOPs, and onboarding frameworks to ensure scalability and consistency of merchant integration processes. The role further supports Business Development teams in technical discussions with merchants, ensuring that all commitments made during sales cycles are feasible and aligned with technical and risk constraints. Overall, the position ensures high-quality merchant onboarding experiences, operational efficiency, and scalable integration processes within a fast-paced fintech environment.
