Job description

Master Works is looking for someone to keep the Finance team's technical environment running, minimizing downtime and keeping operational efficiency high. You'll act as the primary point of contact for immediate ERP troubleshooting and user assistance, the first call whenever something breaks. Complex Excel functions and other productivity tools get supported directly, since Finance leans on them daily. Windows OS-related technical issues get resolved as they come up, keeping the team's day-to-day workflow uninterrupted. Change Requests move through this role end to end, from initial drafting and submission through follow-up and final implementation support. Admin access to the ERP system and database gets granted where needed to support Finance requirements internally. Budget reports get identified, gathered and released as part of the regular support cycle. Automation solutions for manual Finance processes round out the role, replacing repetitive work with something more reliable. The position sits across ERP troubleshooting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, and change management all at once.
