The Manager – MIS & Operation role at Al Rajhi Bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is responsible for developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting to provide clear visibility of business results and functional performance across banking operations. The role oversees all analytics operations, including collection and recovery performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support management decision-making. Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement data analysis and reporting strategies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of management insights into business results and functional performance across banking operations
- Oversee MIS and analytics operations including monitoring collection and recovery performance, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of operational outcomes
- Build and maintain data systems and reporting frameworks that convert raw operational and financial data into actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making
- Apply digital and analytical tools to interpret banking data, identify performance trends, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational reports by implementing data validation processes and quality control measures across MIS systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored MIS dashboards and analytical reports for management review
- Support continuous improvement of reporting systems by identifying gaps in data structures, enhancing automation, and improving reporting efficiency
- Monitor operational performance metrics and provide analytical insights to support collection, recovery, and overall banking operational effectiveness
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 6–8 years of relevant experience in Management Information Systems within a banking or financial institution environment
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
- Exhibit strong analytical reporting and financial analysis skills with ability to interpret complex banking and operational data
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of computer systems, IT systems, and data management tools used in financial institutions
- Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and presentation of insights
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and present analytical findings
- Show ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and deliver accurate reporting within strict deadlines in a banking environment
