Job description
The Business Development Manager (Mortgages) role at Huspy is focused on driving the growth of the mortgage business by acquiring, reactivating, and managing partnerships with real estate agencies across the UAE. Huspy operates as a leading property technology company in EMEA, launched in 2020, with active operations in multiple UAE cities and Spain, and planned expansion into Saudi Arabia and additional European markets by 2026. The company owns the largest share of the UAE mortgage market and is supported by over $140 million in Series A and Series B funding from Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, and Balderton Capital. The role supports Huspy’s SuperApp ecosystem that enables real estate agents and mortgage brokers through technology-driven tools. The Business Development Manager acts as the primary link between external real estate partners and internal mortgage consultant teams, ensuring efficient lead qualification, conversion, tracking, and reporting. The role spans acquisition of new introducers, onboarding agencies onto the Huspy platform, reactivating dormant partners via CRM analysis, managing ongoing partner relationships, coordinating with marketing and training teams, maintaining CRM accuracy, achieving acquisition and activation targets, and ensuring governance, compliance, and professional representation of the brand in all partner interactions.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and target new real estate agencies and introducers across key UAE markets to drive mortgage business growth
- Present the Huspy mortgage value proposition to prospective partners and explain the benefits of collaboration
- Onboard new real estate agencies onto the Huspy platform and ensure understanding of lead submission and tracking processes
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key real estate groups and stakeholders
- Review dormant or low-activity agencies within the CRM to identify reactivation opportunities
- Re-establish engagement with inactive agencies through in-person visits, calls, and product updates
- Diagnose reasons for partner inactivity and implement tailored reactivation plans
- Maintain regular touchpoints with active agencies to sustain engagement and lead flow
- Provide performance feedback and reporting to partners covering lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline status
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams to deliver workshops, training sessions, and partner materials
- Act as the first point of contact for partner queries, operational issues, and support needs
- Work closely with assigned Mortgage Consultant teams to ensure timely lead handover and conversion
- Participate in weekly alignment sessions with Mortgage Consultants and Senior Team Leads to review performance and challenges
- Ensure accurate CRM reporting, lead attribution, and data integrity
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for partner acquisition, activation, and lead delivery
- Maintain compliance with company policies and partner engagement guidelines
- Represent Huspy professionally in all external partner and agency interactions
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the UAE mortgage and real estate market
- Show proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development roles
- Possess experience preferably within real estate or financial services sectors
- Operate CRM tools effectively, including Salesforce, and use reporting dashboards for performance tracking
- Work independently to manage partner acquisition, activation, and ongoing relationship management
