Operate within the new Express Branch model to handle all financial transactions in a risk-free manner using teller automation devices (TCRs) while maintaining set service standards. Manage cash transactions through TCRs, provide Sales, Service, and Transaction support to existing and NTB customers, drive customer acquisition through sales to walk-ins and by tracking conversion metrics (contacts to appointments kept; appointments kept to sales), and take ownership of customer complaints through resolution. Minimize customer attrition and reduce liability and service application rejections, educate customers on alternative channels and new digital technologies, and achieve KPIs on personal banking products while cross-selling other segment products. Responsibilities include striving to meet customer expectations at each interaction and operating as part of the Retail Banking Group in the RBU – Muraqabat Branch model with a focus on consistent service delivery and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
