Lead high-impact performance marketing for Jumeirah Group & Corporateāpart of a global luxury hospitality brand known for Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and a portfolio of 31 properties across 13 countriesāby shaping and executing strategies across paid search, metasearch, paid social, and programmatic display in partnership with top-tier agencies and internal teams. Own and optimise digital channels through precise bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative rotation to maximise ROI and accelerate growth, fueling digital performance across .com platforms and delivering measurable results for rooms, wellbeing, F&B, and other portfolio areas via smart budget management and strategic pacing. Turn data into action by analysing campaign dashboards, conducting quarterly performance reviews, and implementing improvement plans; champion innovation through A/B testing initiatives and build a high-performing team via structured growth plans and talent pipelines. - Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across paid search, metasearch, paid social, and programmatic display
- Own and optimise digital channels by refining bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative rotation to maximise ROI
- Analyse campaign dashboards and conduct quarterly performance reviews to identify opportunities and implement improvement plans
- Manage budgets and pacing to drive measurable growth across .com platforms for rooms, wellbeing, F&B, and other portfolio areas
- Partner with and manage top-tier agencies while aligning internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and media
- Lead A/B testing roadmaps and champion innovation to improve conversion and revenue outcomes
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing performance marketing team with structured growth plans and talent pipelines
Experience & skills
- 8ā10 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or tech
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and metasearch with a track record in campaign execution
- Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration, agency management, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRO, A/B testing, GA4, and Looker Studio
- Commercially driven with experience in budget planning, pacing, and optimising spend for maximum ROI
