Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Supervise, train, and develop store staff
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Assist in scheduling and performance evaluations
- Generate sales reports and track store performance
Experience & skills
- Relevant experience in retail operations or store management
- Familiarity with home furnishing products is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and retail KPIs
- Proficiency in retail systems and POS technologies
- Experience in supervising retail teams and managing shifts
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage store operations effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work full-time and flexible hours including weekends
