Job description
The Head of Products and Value Proposition ā Business Banking is responsible for developing and executing strategies that cater to the needs of SME clients. The role includes full product lifecycle management, segmentation strategy, pricing, commercialization, and enhancing customer experience through digital transformation. This includes overseeing digital onboarding, collaborating with fintech and ecosystem players, driving cross-sell initiatives, and managing product training and marketing efforts. The position requires strong leadership, market insight, and collaboration across departments and external partners to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.

- Develop strategic vision and drive strategic imperatives for SME business banking
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Manage and enhance pricing and offerings for business liabilities and finance products
- Lead conceptualization and development of new products and digital solutions
- Create commercialization strategies and sales enablement tools
- Define and refine customer segment strategies based on performance analytics
- Drive B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and event promotions
- Track market trends and customer feedback to build segment-focused propositions
- Lead innovation and continuous improvement across digital platforms and product offerings
- Deliver customer-centric onboarding and optimize digital customer journeys
- Train sales and relationship teams on product capabilities and changes
- Implement cross-sell strategies and monitor performance metrics for product penetration
- Collaborate with fintech partners to co-create and integrate financial solutions
- Adopt emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and open banking to enhance services
- Ensure seamless integration of products with digital channels and regulatory compliance
- Manage internal and external stakeholder alignment, including IT, marketing, compliance, and vendors
Experience & skills
- Postgraduate degree with specialized certifications preferred in cash management or project management
- 10ā15 years experience in business banking, with proven leadership in product development
- Deep understanding of SME banking needs, digital transformation, and transaction banking
- Team management experience and ability to coach and mentor product managers
- Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven success in launching and commercializing business banking products
- Advanced skills in data analytics and customer segmentation
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and regulatory environment
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic preferred
