Job description
Foodics, a leading SaaS restaurant management and payment technology provider, is seeking a Cloud Security Support Analyst to support the day-to-day security operations across its cloud environments and internal infrastructure. The role entails monitoring security posture in AWS and other cloud platforms, reviewing alerts and risks, maintaining secure configurations, supporting compute instances, storage, networking, firewalls, IAM & access controls, and assisting with endpoint protection. Responsibilities include handling incident support, log analysis, evidence collection, IAM tasks including user provisioning, MFA enforcement, SSO and PAM management, vulnerability scanning, patch coordination, compliance with ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS standards, operational documentation, and collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to improve security posture.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Monitor security posture across cloud environments and review/respond to security alerts, risks, and misconfiguration findings
- Assist in maintaining secure cloud configurations and hardened baselines for compute, storage, networking, firewalls, and IAM
- Monitor logs and alerts from SIEM platforms, firewalls, WAFs, and cloud-native security tools (Security Hub, CSPM, CNAPP)
- Investigate suspicious activity, escalate incidents, perform log analysis, evidence collection, initial triage, and participate in incident response and post-incident reviews
- Support IAM tasks including user provisioning/deprovisioning, role and permission reviews, MFA enforcement, and access troubleshooting; assist with SSO, PAM, and directory services management
- Assist with server and endpoint protection operations including asset inventory, vulnerability scanning, patch coordination, endpoint protection alerts, and configuration of firewalls, security groups, VPNs, and remote access solutions
- Support audits by gathering security evidence, maintaining operational procedures, tracking remediation of risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS)
- Act as point of contact for cloud security support requests, guide internal teams on secure cloud and infrastructure usage, troubleshoot security tools and access issues, and collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to improve security posture
Experience & skills
- Approximately 3 years of experience supporting cloud security operations
- Experience with AWS and cloud-native security tools including Security Hub, CSPM, CNAPP
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms, firewalls, WAFs, endpoint protection, and VPN configurations
- Knowledge of IAM processes including SSO, PAM, MFA enforcement, and least-privilege access
- Experience in incident response, log analysis, evidence collection, and security monitoring
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, patch management, and server/endpoint security operations
- Understanding of compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS
- Ability to support audits, maintain operational documentation, and track remediation actions
- Strong collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams for security improvements
- Ability to guide internal teams on secure cloud and infrastructure practices
