Job description
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this Sales Director role leads a team of sales professionals responsible for winning complex, high-value opportunities and building lasting customer relationships. Lucidya itself runs an AI-native platform for customer experience intelligence, managing entire customer lifecycles autonomously from initial engagement through retention and growth, powered by proprietary NLU capabilities built in-house and trained on millions of multilingual conversations. You shape how the team sells, coach them through challenging sales cycles, and build the discipline needed for a predictable, high-performing sales organisation. Revenue growth stays central to the role, delivered through a sales strategy aligned with Lucidya's long-term commercial objectives. Coaching takes up real time here, alongside supporting strategic customer engagements and working cross-functionally to continuously improve how the business goes to market. Pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and forecast accuracy all run through strong CRM discipline and sales management, with clear KPIs established and team performance monitored against the data. You navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, formal procurement, and executive decision-makers, while partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership. Success gets measured by more than revenue alone. The strength of the team you build and the sales culture you create matter just as much.
