Job description
The role is a key member of Visa Consulting & Analytics in the Middle East, based in Dubai and covering the GCC and NALP regions, focused on commercial payments and money movement services as Visa expands into new payments flows between businesses, individuals, and governments. Responsibilities include leading consulting projects or workstreams centered on commercial payment flows, executing project activities following Visaâs consulting delivery frameworks, conducting data analysis, benchmarking, and market research to identify trends and improvement opportunities in clientsâ commercial payment portfolios, and translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations across B2B, cross-border, and commercial card payments. The role supports clients with implementation efforts such as go-to-market strategies, process improvements, and digital adoption initiatives, manages project timelines and deliverables, and maintains strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include supporting workshops and training sessions, sharing best practices across regions, contributing to CMS consulting practice development, collaborating on complex projects, guiding junior team members, contributing to internal VCA initiatives, and staying current on emerging commercial and remittance payment trends to enhance Visaâs consulting recommendations.

- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for areas such as B2B, cross-border, and commercial card payments
- Support client implementation efforts including go-to-market strategies, process improvements, and digital adoption initiatives
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
- Support client workshops and training sessions to share best practices
- Collaborate with consulting teams globally to bring best practices and innovative solutions to regional clients
- Contribute to developing the CMS consulting practice through insights, methodology refinement, and thought leadership
- Collaborate on complex consulting projects and guide junior team members to ensure quality delivery
- Provide ad hoc support for internal initiatives and cross-functional VCA projects
- Stay informed on emerging commercial and remittance payment trends to improve consulting recommendations
Experience & skills
- Hold an undergraduate degree; MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred
- Bring 4â6 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or the payments industry
- Possess prior experience in a strategy consulting firm or internal strategy/analytics function (preferred)
- Demonstrate experience in business and corporate banking and familiarity with commercial card payment solutions (preferred)
- Show strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Be fluent in English; Arabic preferred but not required
- Be self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
