Job description
The Partnerships Account Manager β Motors / Car Sales at Bayut & dubizzle in the UAE is responsible for building and growing long-term partnerships with auto dealers and key stakeholders across assigned territories in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role involves selling value-added advertising products and subscription packages, driving B2B sales, achieving sales targets, onboarding and training clients, monitoring account health and quality metrics, providing performance insights, and acting as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize ROI from listings. The manager will proactively manage client expectations, develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead generation, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to deliver outstanding digital platform experiences.

Key responsibilities
- Build and grow strong relationships with auto dealers and key stakeholders across assigned region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings
- Sell dubizzleβs value-added advertising products and subscription packages to new and existing clients
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets (value & volume)
- Onboard and train clients to ensure they fully leverage the platform
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to help clients improve listing visibility and results
- Monitor client account health and quality metrics, ensuring best practices and optimal platform usage
- Proactively manage client expectations to deliver an outstanding dubizzle experience
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize ROI from their listings
Experience & skills
- 2β5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in B2B sales
- Experience in online or digital sales is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic and/or Urdu is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Confident negotiator with a consultative sales approach
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with dubizzle or similar online marketplaces is an advantage
