Job description
Fluor is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Saudi Arabia office in Al Khobar. In this role, you will work within a regional recruitment team to deliver strategic hiring outcomes aligned with business goals. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, provide consultative support to hiring managers, develop candidate pipelines, and ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience. You will contribute to the growth of Fluorâs business through creative sourcing, compliance with systems and processes, and alignment with regional workforce plans. Fluor offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement across its global network.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment processes, market trends, and candidate pipeline strategies
- Establish sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pools for key positions
- Promote a positive candidate experience to reinforce Fluorâs brand
- Utilize social media and employer branding for talent attraction
- Ensure operational delivery of talent acquisition outcomes in partnership with the regional team
- Maintain compliance with systems and recruitment processes
- Use data and analytics to support recruitment strategy and decisions
- Participate in diversity initiatives and student outreach programs as needed
- Support regional recruitment leadership in program issue resolution and continuous improvement
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with proven sourcing capabilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
- Strong candidate management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and supporting change initiatives
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities within a matrix organization
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Local Saudi Arabia residency preferred
