Job description
Accenture Middle East is seeking a Business Strategy Manager for its Resources sector clients, including Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy, and Utilities. This role focuses on driving strategic transformation by aligning business objectives with digital and technology capabilities. The manager will be responsible for leading consulting engagements, designing business and digital strategies, and delivering key workstreams around operating model transformation, platform strategies, and value realization. Additional duties include developing financial models, facilitating change management, and presenting to C-level stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, detailed project planning, and execution of implementation strategies. The manager will also contribute to internal practice growth through business development, team mentorship, recruitment, and thought leadership. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, along with experience managing strategic projects in consulting or within relevant industries.

- Address critical business issues and generate insights on client and industry performance improvement
- Develop world-class business and digital solutions for Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy, and Utilities sectors
- Lead delivery of key workstreams including platform and operating model design, digital strategy, and impact analysis

Experience & skills
- Minimum 6 years of consulting experience or 8 years in Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy, or Utilities
- High comfort level with strategic decision-making and quantitative analysis
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excels in conceptual thinking
- Digitally savvy with a passion for technology and its business impact
- Proven leadership abilities and ability to form trust-based relationships
- Adaptable, resilient, and results-oriented
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Preferred: MBA or graduate-level degree in a related field
- Experience with strategy formulation, operating model design, and digital transformation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
