This role involves setting up insurance products and related variations in Cigna’s operating systems based on terms of business and supporting documentation, structuring benefits and covers, performing billing setup, and preparing plan materials. The analyst will also validate underwriting checklists, ensure database accuracy, and provide account support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with an advantage for candidates possessing knowledge of medical terminology, digital technologies, and experience in the insurance or healthcare sector, especially within the Middle Eastern market.
