Job description
The Cigna Group is hiring an Account Installation Associate Analyst to join its expanding operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves setting up insurance products and related variations in Cigna’s operating systems based on terms of business and supporting documentation, structuring benefits and covers, performing billing setup, and preparing plan materials. The analyst will also validate underwriting checklists, ensure database accuracy, and provide account support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with an advantage for candidates possessing knowledge of medical terminology, digital technologies, and experience in the insurance or healthcare sector, especially within the Middle Eastern market. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Set up products and related variations in Cigna’s operating system based on terms of business and documentation
- Prepare plan materials and validate underwriting checklists
- Structure benefits and covers, perform billing setup, and load databases
- Provide account support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Complete assigned outputs such as documents, analyses, and product setup within required time and quality standards
- Work under own initiative to prioritize workload and meet deadlines, with frequent supervisory review
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of digital technologies and medical terminology is a plus
- Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, preferably within the Middle Eastern market
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
