Job description
The Creative Solutioning Manager within Mastercardâs Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) plays a pivotal role in shaping, positioning, and scoping creative-powered marketing solutions for Mastercard clients across the region. Sitting within the Services organization, the role bridges Marketing Services, Sales, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement leads, and internal stakeholders to define client opportunities and secure growth through in-house creative services. The role scopes project briefs, defines deliverables, timelines, and costings to avoid third-party cost exposure, and collaborates with Creative Strategists to review data, analyze insights, and present strategic recommendations that power result-driven marketing solutions. It supports ACDâs entry into new markets, shaping engagement strategies, monitoring early project execution, and embedding ACD as a trusted partner across regions. The manager prepares monthly stakeholder reports that blend quantitative metrics with qualitative case studies, supports leadership on enablement initiatives, awareness campaigns, and internal process improvements, and helps drive overall growth, adoption, and positioning of ACD services across EEMEA.

- Lead the scoping of project briefs from Marketing Services and internal stakeholders, defining deliverables, timelines, and costings to avoid third-party cost exposure
- Act as a core partner with Marketing Services and Sales to ensure smooth project setup and alignment with internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists to review data, analyze insights, and present strategic recommendations for creative-powered marketing solutions
- Support ACD entry into new markets by shaping engagement strategies and monitoring initial project execution
- Prepare and deliver monthly stakeholder reports combining quantitative metrics and qualitative case studies
- Support ACD EEMEA Leadership in strategic initiatives including internal enablement, awareness campaigns, and process improvements
- Support the EMEA Creative Solutioning Lead in driving growth, positioning, and adoption of ACD services across the region
Experience & skills
