The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst – SOCPA Registered at Mozn will play a critical role in driving the financial health and strategic growth of the organization by combining a strong foundation in accounting with forward-looking financial analysis. The FP&A Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, sales, and senior management, to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance reports that enable Mozn to scale its AI-powered solutions both locally and globally. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with accounting, operations, and sales teams to gather financial data and insights
- Manage and control internal approval processes for budget submissions and actual consumption, ensuring alignment with budget limits
- Engage in annual budgeting process, collaborating with departments to set realistic financial targets
- Prepare detailed budget documentation and facilitate presentations to stakeholders
- Maintain rolling forecasts to predict future financial performance based on historical data and market trends
- Perform variance analysis comparing actual results against budgeted and forecasted figures, identifying trends and anomalies
- Conduct profitability analysis on products, services, and business segments to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management highlighting key insights and trends
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to communicate financial performance
- Provide financial analysis and support for special projects as requested by senior management
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- SOCPA registration is mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or similar role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Ability to conduct and present research findings effectively
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism
- CMA, CFA, AFM, or FMVA certifications are preferred
