The Industrial Services Operator (HVAC & Cooling Systems Maintenance) role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia operates within the facilities maintenance and FMCG sector and is responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cooling systems including HVAC systems, air conditioning systems such as split AC units, window AC units, and package AC units, as well as desert coolers. The role ensures all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably to support optimal comfort and operational continuity across facilities. Responsibilities include performing installation, assembly, and commissioning of HVAC and cooling systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards, conducting routine inspections, performing fault diagnosis, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. The position involves replacing or repairing faulty components such as motors, fans, compressors, thermostats, capacitors, and pumps, and making cost-based recommendations for equipment replacement versus repair. The role requires responding to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to ensure continuous system availability. The operator collaborates with maintenance supervisors, vendors, and contractors for specialized repairs or system upgrades, and ensures compliance with company safety policies and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
