Experience & skills
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline, with MBA preferred
- Demonstrate 10+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within IT solutions or technology sector
- Exhibit proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large sales teams across multiple regions
- Demonstrate strong expertise in enterprise sales, complex sales cycles, and management of large-scale IT solution deals
- Possess deep understanding of IT products and services including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management
- Show proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools for pipeline management, reporting, and performance tracking
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities for developing and executing sales growth strategies
- Demonstrate experience in business development, market expansion, and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Possess strong client relationship management skills with ability to engage key stakeholders and partners
- Exhibit excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required for enterprise-level deal execution
