The F&B Design Partnership Specialist – Emirati National is a junior, development-focused role based in Dubai supporting the Director of F&B Design Partnerships within IHG Hotels & Resorts. The position supports the growth of Food & Beverage concept design and partnerships across luxury and lifestyle hotels in the Middle East. The role involves day-to-day project coordination, research, benchmarking, and documentation management across multiple hospitality projects. The specialist supports the organization and maintenance of project documentation and digital filing systems for active and upcoming F&B initiatives, assists in managing project records including design submissions, concept presentations, meeting notes, correspondence, and development timelines, and helps update legacy documentation into structured and reusable formats. The role includes assisting in developing templates for strategy summaries, feasibility overviews, competitor research, site assessments, and design review processes. The specialist conducts research and benchmarking across regional and global restaurant and bar concepts, design trends, service styles, and luxury hospitality experiences, gathers market insights on dining trends and guest preferences, and supports early-stage concept development. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a centralized digital library of restaurant and bar concepts categorized by cuisine type, service style, and market positioning, supporting meeting coordination, preparing agendas, summarizing discussions, tracking follow-up actions, and preparing presentation-ready documentation. The role provides exposure to luxury hotel projects, F&B concept design, hospitality partnerships, and stakeholder collaboration with hotel owners, designers, consultants, and internal teams across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day project coordination support for multiple F&B design and partnership projects across luxury and lifestyle hotel portfolios, ensuring smooth progress and consistency across initiatives
- Support organization and maintenance of project documentation and digital filing systems for active and upcoming F&B projects including design submissions, concept presentations, meeting notes, correspondence, and development timelines
- Assist in refreshing and updating existing documentation, converting legacy materials into structured, professional, and reusable formats to support standardization and efficiency
- Develop and maintain standard templates for strategy summaries, feasibility overviews, competitor research, site assessments, and design review processes to support concept development workflows
- Conduct research and benchmarking across regional and global restaurant and bar concepts, including design trends, service styles, dining concepts, and luxury hospitality experiences
- Gather and compile market insights including dining trends, guest preferences, and brand positioning to support early-stage F&B concept development and decision-making
- Build and maintain a centralized digital library of restaurant and bar concepts categorized by cuisine type, service style, and market positioning to support internal knowledge sharing
- Support internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, tracking follow-up actions, summarizing discussions, and producing presentation-ready materials
Experience & skills
- Hold Emirati National status eligible for UAE national hiring initiatives within IHG Hotels & Resorts
- Possess a degree in hospitality, design, business, or a related field or demonstrate strong interest in these areas
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Show interest in restaurant concepts, interior design, guest experience development, and luxury hospitality environments
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with guidance while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including designers, consultants, and hotel owners
- Possess written and verbal communication skills with capability to prepare clear, structured, and presentation-ready documentation
- Demonstrate proactive, structured, and reliable working style while supporting project coordination and documentation activities
