Job description
The Senior Specialist ā SDO (Financial Model) at Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining dynamic financial models that support strategic objectives and operational decision-making. The role involves conducting comprehensive financial analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to assess the implications of business strategies. This position collaborates with executive management and department heads to align models with objectives, prepares reports and presentations for stakeholders, and monitors KPIs and variances to provide actionable insights. It supports budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies. The role also contributes to investment proposals, stays current with market trends and best practices in financial modeling, and provides training and mentoring on financial modeling and Excel techniques. Candidates must hold a bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and have 3+ years of experience in financial modeling or analysis. Experience & skills

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, or related roles
- Strong expertise in Excel and financial modeling best practices
- Experience in scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and valuation exercises
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation strategies
- Understanding of financial regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
- Capability to mentor and train junior staff
