Job description
Orgvue, Jira, LLMs and AI agents are becoming part of how Organization Development runs at Aldar, and this Vice President helps build that shift within the Abu Dhabi corporate team. Working with the SVP and the wider OD team, you will develop and execute the Organization Development AI roadmap, then build, pilot and scale automation across organization design, workforce planning and position management. Structure still has to match Aldar Group's operating model and business requirements. Senior leaders bring you organizational priorities, and diagnostics and assessments turn them into design solutions, including for M&A, JVs and spin-offs. Workforce planning and budgeting draw on predictive analytics and AI-assisted scenario modelling, with the annual manpower cost allocation coordinated with Finance. Position changes such as upgrades, downgrades, reporting line transfers and job scope modifications run through automated workflows. People & Communications treats you as the technical authority on position management policies and job evaluation methodologies. Candidates bring 10+ years in Organization Development/Design, HR business partnering or HR Consulting, ideally in GCC real estate, diversified conglomerates or private sector organisations. Hands-on use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT is expected, and familiarity with Power Automate or Copilot Studio is highly desirable.
