Job description

The Digital Learning Intern supports Sephora University, the retail training team responsible for enabling development, learning and growth across Sephora’s retail workforce. The role focuses on e-learning content creation, filming and editing training videos, and managing digital learning materials on the Sephora learning app. Responsibilities include designing visuals, creating and editing e-learning and v-learning materials, assisting in filming during training events, editing final videos, updating presentations and infographics, creating learning activities in collaboration with the Sephora University team and supporting on-ground logistics during training sessions and corporate events. The role manages digital learning app content by uploading and organizing e-modules, videos and quizzes, compiling monthly e-learning reports covering participation, completion and engagement metrics and handling administrative and technical tasks to ensure seamless user access. Candidates should have a passion for people and the beauty industry, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and digital content creation skills using CANVA, Adobe Premiere and CapCut. Additional requirements include comfort with MS Office tools, ability to manage data confidentially, and strong organizational and time management abilities. The role reports to the Digital Learning Specialist and is based at Sephora University in City Walk with occasional visits to the Sephora Head Office in Dubai Design District.
