Job description
Visitation and revenue across Qiddiya's destinations, attractions and experiences depend partly on how well offers reach travel operators, ticketing platforms and other trade partners, and this Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing in Riyadh works on exactly that. Go-to-market plans for launches, events, seasonal campaigns and new offerings are built and run with Destination Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Partnerships, Loyalty, Digital and Operations. Promotional campaigns, packages and special offers are developed with commercial stakeholders, and pricing and packaging decisions get input from a customer proposition angle. Consumer insights feed into clear, differentiated propositions for each audience segment. Conversion matters as much as awareness, so the role works with Digital Marketing to improve campaign performance and the booking path. KPIs, ROI tracking and regular performance reports for management keep spending accountable. Co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, tourism partners and agencies also need negotiating and managing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, tourism, hospitality or a related field and 5 to 7 years in trade, brand, destination, commercial or consumer marketing, ideally within tourism, entertainment, hospitality, retail or leisure.
