Job description

Hyperscale data center projects run from inception through completion under this Senior Project Manager's direction, with mechanical delivery at the center of the work. You lead and manage project delivery, ensuring compliance with requirements, specifications and applicable standards throughout. Leadership and direction extend to project teams, consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors across every phase. Scope, programme, budget, resources, risks and quality all get managed continuously across the project lifecycle. Design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning fall within this role's oversight from start to finish. Relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders get managed directly, keeping every party aligned. Project programmes get reviewed and monitored regularly, with potential delays identified early and corrective actions implemented before they escalate. Progress meetings get led routinely, with regular project reports delivered to senior management and the client. Technical submissions, method statements, and inspection and test plans all get reviewed, and contractor performance gets monitored to confirm delivery against contractual obligations.
