Job description
To manage the implementation of Quality policies and standard operating procedures and to align with RSG corporate, local and international standard requirements and best practices to ensure service delivery meets customerâs expectations and complies with all relevant regulations. Responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance Program implementation that is aligned with guest experience objectives and targets.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Quality Assurance function and monitor the performance and execution of those plans.
- Assist with the implementation of the annual business plan and execute the strategic agenda of the Quality Assurance function.
- Contribute to the preparation of the functional budget and monitor financial performance.
- Provide support in obtaining international standard certification and maintain Quality policies and procedures.
- Responsible for all aspects of Assurance within Mobility operations including Quality Management, Health, Safety & Environment, Risk Management, and Business Resilience.
- Establish and maintain the document control library and systems to support ISO certification.
- Advise the Mobility Director on changes necessary to meet service delivery standards.
- Monitor quality KPIs and assist in addressing customer complaints.
- Participate in quality-related meetings and develop and implement Quality Plans and procedures.
- Review Quality Plans, procedures, and documents and advise operations team on quality matters.
- Establish auditing and compliance controls, and document continual improvement efforts.
- Support and deliver quality training and statutory compliance training.
- Conduct quality inspections, audit programs, and meetings.
- Assist in accident and incident investigations and ensure implementation of lessons learned.
- Support top management with site quality requirements and compliance.
- Assist in development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and contingency plans.
- Prepare accurate and timely functional reports.
- Apply safety, quality, and environmental management controls.
- Support the development of performance dashboards to measure service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a culture of positive feedback.
Experience & skills
- A minimum of 10 yearâs practical experience in quality assurance.
- Degree or Diploma in Quality or other allied fields.
- Knowledge of management concepts and principles including planning and execution.
- Experience with major programs and projects, preferably with developers.
- Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Courses, Six Sigma Qualifications, and related training.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and principles.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and international standards.
- Understanding of transportation business techniques and safe work practices.
- Proficiency in preparing quality statistical tracking and trending data.
- Ability to conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and MS Visio.
