Job description
Visa is seeking a Director - Regional Field Marketer CEMEA to lead field marketing for Value-Added Services (VAS) across the seller side of payments, including merchant acceptance, acquiring organizations, and independent software vendors. This role will drive demand generation, GTM alignment, event activations, content adaptation, and ROI measurement across the CEMEA region. The position requires collaboration with sales, product, and executive leaders to support new and existing solutions that enable growth, innovation, and risk management. The role is hybrid and based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee planning and execution of all field marketing activities for Visa Value-Added Services in the region
- Collaborate with regional sales, product, and executive leaders to align marketing programs with business goals
- Translate global business priorities into actionable regional marketing plans
- Lead event planning and execution for industry and Visa-hosted events
- Drive localization and adaptation of marketing and sales content for regional needs
- Develop region-specific materials to support sales and partner conversations
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Optimize campaigns and maximize ROI based on insights
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications in financial services, payments, or technology
- Proven expertise in marketing strategy, GTM planning, and demand generation
- Experience launching new products and solutions
- Strong knowledge of payment ecosystem audiences including merchants, banks, processors, fintechs, and risk stakeholders
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Experience working across global and regional teams
- Analytical and data-driven focus on measurable business outcomes
