Job description
The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor role at Nice One in Jeddah is responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory operations and ensuring accurate stock management across receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. The position involves supervising daily inventory activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to maintain efficient stock flow and operational accuracy. The supervisor leads inventory cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation processes while investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems and coordinating with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to forecast demand and manage reorder levels. The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor leads warehouse staff, ensures compliance with safety standards, and promotes productivity and operational efficiency. Experience & skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory control preferred
- Experience in supervisory role is an advantage
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Good communication skills in Arabic (English preferred)
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate small teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments
