Job description
The Business Development Analyst within Teneo’s Management Consulting division supports the growth of consulting services across the Middle East. The role focuses on pursuit management, pipeline tracking, account development, marketing initiatives, knowledge management, and internal coordination to enable business development and strategic advisory efforts across multiple sectors including Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Leisure & Hospitality, Software, Transport, and TMT.

Key responsibilities
- Support opportunity review and qualification for consulting pursuits
- Proactively source materials and maintain a library of content for proposal and BD use
- Assist in proposal writing, commercial development, and submission processes
- Manage post-mortems on wins and losses to identify improvement areas
- Coordinate regional pipeline management, interfacing with senior leadership
- Identify cross-sell and adjacency opportunities within Teneo offerings
- Prepare client meeting briefs and track meetings/follow-ups
- Support account planning, stakeholder mapping, and follow-up tracking
- Coordinate marketing and thought leadership activities including whitepapers, events, and sector overviews
- Maintain knowledge management systems and regional content repositories
- Manage slide design resources and support ME-specific stock slide development
- Assist with CRM management and reporting
Experience & skills
- 2-3 years relevant work experience, preferably in a consulting environment
- Degree-qualified (2.1 or above preferred) in any discipline
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical ability
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude, proactive approach, and ability to handle unfamiliar tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Arabic advantageous but not required
- Operates effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
