Job description
Responsible for driving adoption and revenue growth of AWS services within the MENAT Enterprise Greenfield segment by engaging with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, and developers. The Senior Enterprise Account Manager manages strategic enterprise accounts, enabling customers to achieve business and operational outcomes through cloud adoption. The role involves creating compelling value propositions, managing contract negotiations, guiding digital transformation initiatives, and establishing AWS as the key technology partner. The position requires expertise in cloud platforms, business intelligence, analytics, IoT, and enterprise software to influence adoption across multiple business units and drive long-term strategic customer relationships.

Key responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation and cloud adoption through engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, and developers
- Represent the full AWS product and services portfolio across enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase AWS footprint and revenue
- Manage multiple enterprise accounts concurrently, maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Create compelling business value propositions and go-to-market strategies
- Accelerate customer adoption by leading strategic sales engagements and ensuring alignment to top customer priorities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to extend reach and drive adoption
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term strategic relationship development
- Meet or exceed quarterly and monthly revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Lead contract negotiations and manage post-sales account management activities
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets
- Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating large enterprise accounts
- Experience with transformative technologies including cloud, IoT, business intelligence, and analytics
- Proficiency in communicating technical and business solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field
- AWS Professional-level certification preferred
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and sales strategies
- Proven ability to drive revenue and market share within enterprise accounts
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
