Key responsibilities
- Lead showroom sales team to achieve volume and profit targets
- Execute and communicate sales plans to the team
- Oversee the full sales process, ensuring quality and consistency
- Monitor test drive effectiveness and manage stock requirements
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain showroom standards and merchandising
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Coach and develop team members for career progression
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- At least 5 years of automotive sales experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Autoline knowledge is an advantage
