Job description
Lucidya is a fast-growing SaaS company empowering brands in the MENA region to deliver world-class customer experiences using AI-powered customer intelligence. The B2B Campaign Manager will lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the GCC region, planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (email, ABM, events, content, digital) to drive demand generation, qualified leads, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the role partners with Paid Media, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop campaign roadmaps, manage budgets, tailor messaging for Arabic-speaking audiences, and analyze performance to maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns (email, ABM, events, content, and digital channels) that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Content, and Paid Media teams to align on objectives, messaging, and execution.
- Coordinate campaign-led events such as webinars, roundtables, and partner activations as part of broader campaign efforts.
- Develop and maintain campaign roadmaps and calendars aligned with business priorities and product GTM plans.
- Tailor campaigns to resonate with key personas and regional market needs, especially Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Own campaign budgets, including planning, tracking, and reallocation to maximize ROI.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance across all campaign elements, and optimize based on data.
- Apply Account-Based Marketing strategies where relevant to target strategic accounts.
- Adapt content and messaging to cultural and business nuances across KSA and the GCC.
- Stay up to date with marketing best practices, competitor activities, and regional market trends.
Experience & skills
- 3ā5+ years of experience in campaign management, B2B marketing, or integrated marketing.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B demand generation.
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and execution.
- Regional experience targeting KSA and Arabic-speaking markets.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on shared revenue and lead goals.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience working in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with event marketing and field marketing execution.
- Nice-to-Have: Understanding of paid media and content collaboration workflows.
- Nice-to-Have: Background in customer journey mapping and conversion funnel optimization.
