Job description

The Senior Technician – HVAC role in Dubai and Northern Emirates focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including indoor air quality systems. The position includes performing warranty services, emergency repairs, and ensuring compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Responsibilities include identifying maintenance risks, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, performing cleaning and system adjustments, keeping daily logs of all maintenance functions, and providing technical direction and on-the-job training. The technician manages support issues, responds to service requests via email or telephone, and ensures adherence to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements. The role requires detail orientation, the ability to work shifts, strong HVAC knowledge, and skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and system end-of-life management. UAE or Gulf experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
