Job description
Leads the full financial management of the Mobility Subsidiary within Red Sea Global, driving financial strategy, operational finance excellence, compliance, risk governance, and team leadership. Oversees financial systems setup, reporting processes, budgeting, capex, cashflow, and supports executive decision-making for a high-growth operational environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial processes and reporting systems for the Mobility subsidiary
- Provide financial insights, KPIs, and recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee capex and cashflow reporting, ensuring accuracy and control
- Lead all operational finance activities for transportation operations
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources across departments and projects
- Identify and resolve cashflow issues and financial discrepancies
- Ensure departmental budget adherence and financial discipline
- Manage implementation and maintenance of financial and operational software
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, tax laws, GAAP and international standards
- Establish robust internal controls, governance policies, and risk management frameworks
- Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities
- Prepare, analyze, and validate financial statements
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Drive financial awareness and accountability across the organization
- Recruit, train, and mentor accounting and finance team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational decision making
- Manage data gathering, reporting, and communication to senior leadership
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 15+ years post-qualification finance experience, preferably in management accounting or operational finance
- Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
- Proven success as a Finance Director or senior finance leader
- Experience building finance teams and setting up financial systems
- Strong business partnering background in operational environments
- Advanced understanding of GAAP and international accounting standards
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Expertise in financial regulations, compliance, audit, and risk frameworks
