Job description
A Project Manager is required to lead the site supervision and execution of a water park project in Muscat, Oman. The role demands extensive experience in managing complex recreational developments, with a focus on aquatic systems and water attractions. The candidate will coordinate between contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of the project. Responsibilities include tracking progress, managing site issues, enforcing HSE and quality standards, and leading the commissioning of rides and filtration systems. The role also involves regular reporting to stakeholders and line management.

Key responsibilities
- Lead site supervision activities across all disciplines for the water park project.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor the installation of specialized systems such as water rides and filtration.
- Track construction progress and implement corrective actions for delays or risks.
- Review and evaluate contractor schedules, manpower, and logistics plans.
- Ensure enforcement of quality assurance and control procedures.
- Enforce compliance with HSE regulations and international best practices.
- Lead coordination and technical meetings to resolve site issues.
- Prepare regular project progress reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Support testing and commissioning of all aquatic and mechanical systems.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or project leads.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.
- At least 5 years of experience specifically in water parks or recreational facility projects.
- Proficient in aquatic system installations and pool filtration technology.
- Familiarity with international building and safety codes related to water attractions.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and numerical reporting skills.
