Job description
The UAE National β Partnership Manager for Blue Rewards at Al-Futtaim Group is responsible for driving loyalty growth through strategic partnership development and commercial initiatives. The role focuses on identifying and securing high-value partnerships that enhance customer engagement, increase program enrollment, and generate revenue growth. The incumbent develops financial models, evaluates return on investment, collaborates with analytics teams for data-driven decisions, and leads integrated marketing campaigns with partners. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, contract negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across product, technology, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and nurture strategic partners to build a strong pipeline supporting loyalty program growth
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements aligned with commercial objectives and revenue optimization goals
- Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate partnership ROI and long-term value creation
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns with partners to drive member engagement and enrollment
- Assess campaign effectiveness using data insights and recommend optimization strategies
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time performance insights
- Compile and present weekly performance and profitability reports to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, technology, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution of partnership initiatives
Experience & skills
- UAE National
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, commercial strategy, loyalty programs, or marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and performance analysis
- Excellent contract negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
