Job description
The Sales & Leasing Brokerage Consultant at CBRE in Dubai is responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of small to medium commercial real estate properties on behalf of clients for occupation. As part of the Brokerage function, the role covers buying, selling, and leasing of office and commercial properties, applying comprehensive knowledge and specialized expertise to structure and develop deals. Responsibilities include uncovering tenant and landlord needs, prospecting, networking, relationship building, securing new and expanded business opportunities, and selling additional services to existing clients. The consultant compiles and analyzes property data including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and listing or tenant representative presentations; prepares Requests for Proposals (RFP); produces real estate reports covering average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons; assists legal teams in preparing real estate contracts such as deeds, leases, and mortgages; accompanies clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms; provides information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values; prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments under supervision; drafts marketing materials and correspondence; maintains accurate data in company databases; and applies standard principles and techniques to deliver complex assignments within Dubaiās commercial brokerage, strata, and off-plan real estate market, particularly in Business Bay, Downtown, SZR, and DIFC areas, utilizing Microsoft Office tools and financial calculations to support decision-making and reporting.

- Compile and analyze property data including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing and tenant representation assignments.
- Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFP) and produce real estate reports covering average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
- Assist legal teams in preparing real estate contracts including deeds, leases, and mortgages when required.
- Accompany prospective clients to property sites to present property features, leasing rates, and terms and provide information on leasing availability and market conditions.
- Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments under supervision and draft marketing correspondence for existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company databases and apply financial calculations to support real estate analysis.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of proven experience with a strong track record in Dubaiās commercial brokerage, strata, and off-plan real estate market.
- Exhibit experience in Business Bay, Downtown, SZR, and DIFC areas.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Perform financial-related calculations including percentages, fractions, and other mildly complex figures to support real estate analysis.
- Exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information within commercial real estate transactions.
