The role supports Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice with a focus on Emiratization and UAE talent development, open exclusively to Emirati Nationals as per local regulations. Responsibilities include structuring and conducting analysis and primary research to address business issues and provide insights into client and industry performance improvement. The analyst develops detailed and actionable business cases and plans reflecting Accenture Strategy’s depth in industry, IT, and business processes, participates in team and client meetings, and recommends practical ways to drive sustainable results. The role contributes to helping clients build capabilities for growth, innovation, and high performance while working in multidisciplinary teams leveraging Accenture’s global capabilities. It involves helping clients understand leading-edge technology capabilities and their transformational business impact, as well as collaborating with the broader strategy community to support business growth. The position provides exposure to diverse strategy assignments, access to coaching, mentoring, structured training such as Accenture’s Strategy College, and opportunities for professional development within a high-intensity consulting environment.
