Job description
The Manager – Talent Management at ENOC is responsible for designing, developing, and managing strategic talent management initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline and succession plan aligned with organizational goals. The role involves contributing to HR strategy, overseeing talent frameworks, leading leadership development programs, and establishing competency models. The manager is expected to develop career and coaching programs, manage HIPO talent pools, and ensure alignment of talent processes with business objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership, HR departments, and external consultants, embedding talent analytics into planning, and maintaining compliance with internal and international standards. The manager must possess strong project management, strategic orientation, and leadership skills, with a proven track record in driving transformation within HR. The role demands 7–9 years of experience in talent management, including 5–6 years in leadership roles within group HR, supported by a degree in HR and preferably a CIPD certification.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement Talent Management strategy aligned with business requirements
- Lead talent pipeline and succession planning initiatives
- Develop and embed an organization-wide competency model for talent lifecycle
- Design and implement leadership development and HIPO programs
- Oversee career development, coaching, and mentoring programs across the organization
- Collaborate with HR leaders and business units to ensure talent alignment
- Manage relationships with external vendors for assessments and development tools
- Monitor and report talent metrics, analytics, and program effectiveness
- Align talent processes with risk management, compliance, and internal policies
- Support PMO and HR transformation initiatives related to talent
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
- Professional certification such as CIPD is preferred
- 7–9 years of experience in Talent Management
- Minimum 5–6 years in progressively responsible HR leadership roles
- Experience in competency modeling, leadership programs, and talent reviews
- Strong project management, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strategic thinking with conceptual and innovation capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead organizational change and manage cross-functional teams
