- Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients across pre and post-contract stages.
- Deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments with attention to quality and timeliness.
- Set objectives and priorities for assigned projects while working proactively with the team.

- Undertake cost management services with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Experience & skills
- Hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Have pre-contract and post-contract cost management experience.
- Demonstrate experience across large-scale developments including hospitality, leisure, residential, retail, and infrastructure projects.
- Possess strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Exhibit organizational, proactive, and commercially astute attributes.
- Be a team player with assertiveness, diplomacy, flexibility, and a professional demeanor.
