Job description
The Event Manager / Producer ā Candlelight Concerts is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality classical music events in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as part of Fever Originalsā global Candlelight series. The role requires ownership of multiple aspects of event production including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, post-event wrap-up, and reporting. The position serves as the key point of contact for third-party vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and execution of event deliverables while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent events. Responsibilities also include managing staff training for tasks such as ticket validation, guest accommodation, and venue preparation, inventory tracking, securing permits, meeting insurance requirements, administrative duties such as expense reports, invoicing, and legal contract coordination, as well as occasional domestic travel. The Event Manager is expected to support scaling Fever Originalsā IPs, research new vendors, technologies, and experiences, and provide insights and feedback on event performance. The position is freelance, indefinite, and requires the candidate to have a business entity or be self-employed. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, and other languages are a plus. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in event production and management, demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills, and has a strong network of vendors and venues.

Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Candlelight concert event productions including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Create production timelines and ensure all internal teams and stakeholders adhere to schedules and deliverables.
- Lead and train on-site staff for various tasks including ticket validation, guest seating, and venue preparation.
- Manage inventory, track supplies, printing needs, and guest lists for all events, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgets of different scales, secure necessary permits, meet insurance requirements, and handle administrative duties such as expense reporting, invoicing, and contract management.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to scale Fever Originals IPs and implement new event technologies or experiences.
- Research and evaluate potential venues, vendors, and technical production requirements to optimize event quality and attendee experience.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in event production and 3+ years in event management, ideally within the live entertainment industry.
- Exhibit strong on-site team leadership and multi-project coordination abilities with exceptional organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with additional languages as a plus, and capable of clear communication with stakeholders, brands, agencies, and talent.
- Have a strong network of vendors and venues, understanding of technical production requirements, and familiarity with fabrication and permitting processes.
- Possess data analysis, budget management, and business development experience related to events and entertainment.
- Be self-employed or have a registered business entity to qualify for freelance work, with flexibility to work on weekends and domestic travel as needed.
