Job description
The Senior Specialist - Talent Management is responsible for driving talent development and learning initiatives across the organization. Based in Sulaibiya, Kuwait, the role will focus on designing and implementing learning programs, supporting the performance management process, coordinating internships, and providing recruitment support. Additionally, the role involves strategic business partnering with leadership to align talent strategies with organizational goals, fostering a high-performance and continuously evolving workforce.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs such as workshops, webinars, and online courses
- Conduct training needs assessments and align development programs with business priorities
- Develop personalized learning paths and maintain a comprehensive training library and LMS
- Track training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
- Develop and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Career Development Plans (CDPs)
- Support integration of the competency framework into HR processes
- Coordinate and support the companyâs cohort-based internship programs
- Assist in executing the annual performance management process and related documentation
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices
- Monitor performance orientation for new hires
- Support recruitment through candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
- Track and analyze metrics to assess recruitment and talent development effectiveness
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to internal stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in talent management or a related HR role
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Knowledge of performance management software and methodologies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data visualization tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated agility, business acumen, and service excellence
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on results and learning agility
