Job description
DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island needs a Front Office Manager who can lead the guest experience from check-in through check-out. Daily Front Office operations sit under this role, run to Hilton's service and operational standards. You'll recognise VIP and regular guests, keep pushing guest satisfaction higher, and use rate management and upselling to maximise occupancy and revenue. Leading, motivating, training and developing the Front Office team falls to this position, with a focus on high performance and consistent service standards. Team members need current knowledge of hotel services, policies, pricing and the local area, and building that knowledge sits with the manager. Budgets, schedules, policies and departmental objectives all need active management, alongside staffing levels that flex with business demand. Strong working relationships across hotel departments keep operations running smoothly, and compliance with security, fire, health and safety requirements is non-negotiable. You'll also oversee Front Office equipment and property management systems, making sure they're used effectively day to day.
