Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Management Consulting Manager specializing in Finance Transformation and Shared Services within the CFO & Enterprise Value practice, based in Dammam. The role advises clients on Global Business Services, Shared Service Centers, and Centers of Excellence, supporting digital process transformation, operating model design, organization structure design, working capital optimization, strategic cost optimization, and treasury operations. The position is responsible for assessing and designing shared services and target operating models, developing governance and interaction models, preparing organizations for transition, establishing baselines across multiple sites, and building business cases for proposed organizational structures. The role also contributes to assessments on how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to drive efficiency gains and improve customer satisfaction, performs feasibility assessments and benchmarking, proposes transformation roadmaps, implements performance and continuous improvement measures, supports change impact assessments across business units, and contributes to business development activities including opportunity identification and proposal development. The role operates across complex, large-scale finance transformation initiatives, often within resource-intensive or Oil & Gas environments.
