The role contributes to ensuring efficient distribution of a wide product range including baby clothing, nursery items, strollers, car seats, toys, and essentials sourced from various global and private brands. The supervisor ensures that warehouse operations align with safety standards compliance and quality control expectations, particularly important in handling childrenās products that must meet strict safety and material standards. Working within an omnichannel retail framework, the role supports seamless integration between online platforms and physical distribution channels, ensuring timely order processing, dispatch management, and delivery scheduling. - Supervise daily e-commerce warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order processing, order fulfillment, and dispatch management to support high-volume online sales and customer delivery expectations.
- Manage last mile delivery operations by coordinating delivery scheduling, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to end customers in alignment with service level requirements.
- Oversee inventory management and stock control processes within the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper product handling, and efficient material flow across storage and dispatch areas.
- Coordinate logistics operations across supply chain activities, ensuring smooth integration between warehouse operations, distribution operations, and last mile delivery functions within an omnichannel retail environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control requirements, particularly in handling childrenās products such as clothing, strollers, toys, and baby essentials that require adherence to strict safety guidelines.
- Monitor warehouse systems and operational workflows to maintain efficiency in product handling, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment processes while minimizing errors and delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse and last mile operations aligned with business objectives.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance productivity, accuracy, and delivery performance.
